Porcelain Baby Dolls

These babies are made of porcelain bisque from my original molds. The arms and legs of the children are jointed, the faces are china painted and fired. I use silk for the hair, leather for the shoes and vintage fabrics for the clothing.

I have found that even using the same mold each evolves into a specific individual. No two children are ever identical.
